“CREST PHASE II PROJECT" Awarded to Turnbull Environmental, Inc.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  That sealed bids, in triplicate, will be received by Lehigh Acres  Municipal Services Improvement District (LA-MSID) at:  Office of LA-MSID, 601A East County Lane, Lehigh Acres, Florida 33936 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday December 15^th, 2022. All timely bids will be publicly opened and read aloud promptly at 2:00 p.m., at the above listed location.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:  Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering and installing all materials, and services, including labor, for the Work, which generally involves the construction of one (1) stormwater treatment system, including the inlet and outlet water control structures and a filter marsh system complete with vegetative plantings. The Work will include reinforced concrete pipes, precast concrete endwalls, concrete mitered end sections, aluminum slide gates,  rip-rap stabilization, fencing, and site restoration at the project site located at 7875 Wheeler Road, LaBelle, FL 33935, as depicted on the projects drawings.

A payment in cash or check payable to AIM Engineering & Surveying, Inc. will be required for each complete set of the Documents.  This payment represents reproduction costs and is non-refundable. BIDDING DOCUMENTS (PROJECT MANUAL AND DRAWINGS) may be picked up at the following location for a non-refundable fee of $50.00:

AWARD OF CONTRACT(S):  If the Contract is to be awarded, it will be awarded on the basis of the most responsive, responsible, lowest "Total Bid".  The Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to accept that Bid which is in the best interest of LA-MSID.  In the event litigation occurs as a result of a contract between a Bidder and LA-MSID, the prevailing party shall be awarded all attorney’s fees and cost associated with said litigation.
